The primary focus is on good design of local residences throughout the Sunshine Coast B.C.

Response to the client’s wish list & building/site dynamics are carefully considered. Sight lines, natural elements on site & interior/exterior spaces of program are all taken into account for viable economical design solutions. CAD building permit dwgs with proper details ensures good correspondence for estimates & construction.

There are various registered builders that can be chosen depending on the client’s approval with the construction contract agreement & construction scheduling. Reasonable Architectural fees include construction site visits that ensure good communication with the chosen builder to work together as a team.

The ultimate motive is to ensure that clients are happy from start to finish.
